I want to thank our Awesome Design Team for all the hard work, skills and love they have given to us for the last year.

We will miss Diana, Jessy, Suzann, Wati, Reija and Lynnette very much and wish them all the best on their Artistic journey! they added so much to our team over the last year and I will miss their beautiful layouts each week. Make sure to check out their blogs so you can keep in touch with them as they create.

Twisted Sketch Winners

You make it so hard on me.  It is so hard to choose just one favourite - especially as everyone's work is so awesome to see - each one has something different about it that I love. I try and pick a layout that has used the sketch and the twist in an unique way...usually they are the layout that makes me go - "oh wow i wish i thought of doing that". The stamped images on my layout are from Bombshell Stamps - one of my all time favourite stamp companies. Papers are Prima's Tea & Silk line from a while back.

quick note

there will be a delay to the announcement of the Additional team members becuase I haven't chosen anyone yet - I have gotten stuck into my CHA assignments for Prima and My Minds Eye and so lost track on everything else. I am hoping to get my assignments finished this week and then concentrate on Twisted Sketches - I will be contacting everyone who applied over the weekend so don't worry if you haven't heard anything yet.

I used a sheet of white Patterned Cardstock from Bazzill, sprayed with some glimmermist to form the background papers as the glimmermist is not absorbed by the glossy pattern.

I want to thank the 47 people who applied for the 4 design team positions here on Twisted Sketches! wow... I will start looking at them tonight and hopefully have emailed everyone by Friday. I wish I could have everyone but I have to limit the team so its not so over whelming for me. 

I will also pick a favourite from the linked layouts by Friday aswell.

A new sketch to start off the New Year and to celebrate the start of 2010, both teams played with this week's sketch :)

I used Prima & Ki Glitter Papers with some Prima Bling... and some awesome Faux Snow from Art Institute Glitter. So much Sparkle in real life.
